Anthony has worked over 18 years in the capital projects development, municipal/tribal management and the consulting field, and has committed the last ten years to developing the systems to effectively manage virtual project teams with a particular emphasis on integrating members from rural Alaska. Anthony is recognized as one of the leading experts on municipal and tribal management as well as capital projects fundraising in Alaska, and pioneered the municipal-tribal merger in Quinhagak, Alaska. He has particular expertise in assisting communities with their administrative capacity building needs in order to maximize their competitiveness in the state and federal funding arena. Angela has been writing, reviewing and managing grants for over 11 years, with over 15 years in budget, program, and project development as well as process implementation. She has coached small businesses to improve their operations, individuals for professional development, and teams to strengthen their cohesiveness as well as processes. As the Training & Technical Assistance Manager, she travels around Alaska teaching Project Development, Pre-Application and Post-Award Training. She also provides distance and on-site assistance to aide in application development and project success. Richard is Athabascan and Yup’ik. He has worked with Native nonprofits since 2005, including Southcentral Foundation and Cook Inlet Tribal Council, Inc. Beginning as a GED instructor for a Temporary Assistance for Needy Families program and later managing education, career and job search services led him to work as a grant writer. With experience in public relations and more recently as a freelance writer for a local newspaper and Alaska magazines, he is passionate about sharing the diverse stories of Alaska Native people—both for entertainment and practical purposes such as grant writing. Richard has a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Applied Ethics from the University of Alaska Anchorage and is a co-founding member of Dark Winter Productions, an ensemble theater group promoting Native stories for the stage, and supporting playwrights, directors, and actors. His goal is to support organizations through effective collaboration, which is culturally appropriate and serves the Native community.

Kathy was born and raised in Alaska and for the last 19+ years her primary focus has been in construction and federal government cost accounting systems, directed toward auditing accounting needs and creating systemic changes which increase efficiency, accuracy and standardization. Kathy has organized and set-up accounting programs and processes compliant with generally accepted accounting principles and DCAA approved accounting procedures.
