Drena is Tsimpshian, Unangan, and Aluutiq; and a life-long Alaskan. She has over 15 years experience as a community facilitator and fundraiser. Her professional strengths include grant writing, program development, program management, program evaluation, volunteer management, strategic planning, training, and public relations. Her special interests include the application of indigenous evaluation models to all Native Alaskan programs and teaching grant writing to tribal members in Alaska.

Technical Assistance Manager, Tim Anderson
Tim is Sugpiaq and a life-long Alaskan. He has over 15+ years working with nonprofit organizations including founding, managing, expanding programs and services, and serving on the board. His specialties include providing training and technical assistance in small rural communities. He also has extensive experience in cross-cultural communications, employment, and education services. Tim is an accomplished public speaker, presenter, trainer and writer.

Richard is Athabascan and Yup’ik and has lived in Alaska 15 years. He has worked with Native nonprofits for 13 years, including as a GED instructor, employment counselor and grant writer. Richard also has experience in public relations and as a writer. He is passionate about sharing the diverse stories of Alaska Native people and supporting organizations through effective collaboration that is culturally appropriate and serves the Native community.
